There are 2 reasons for the machine to be in this state:

  1. ​MyAC was created without providing any data for MyMC account creation (Standalone form or 1-Click) and MyAC is not yet validated. Data have not been transferred to any SBM systems (2Gamma, MDM, etc.), it still on hold in MyAC app.

  3. ​The machine has been reset manually by a customer service agent. In that case, the data previously collected have been ejected from MyAC app and archived.

MyAC deletion process has been initiated. It is not possible to cancel it. The machine will be reset to state S0 as soon as the deletion is confirmed by both MyAC and SBM API.

The deletion process could have been initiated manually by the user (delete my account), or automatically (years of inactivity or MyAC has never been validated)

\r\n\r\n
